Fulfillment Policy

At Script Team 6 LLC, we are committed to providing professional screenwriting services that meet our clients' needs and expectations. Below is a detailed overview of our fulfillment process, ensuring transparency in how we deliver our services.

1. Order Process

  • Initial Consultation: Clients begin by contacting us to discuss the scope of the project, including timelines, project details, and pricing. Once both parties agree on the terms, a formal agreement or contract will be provided.

  • Project Agreement: Once the project scope is defined, an invoice will be sent, and a 50% upfront payment is required before any work begins. This ensures that the project is reserved and scheduled.

2. Service Delivery

  • Project Timeline: Scriptwriting projects can vary in duration depending on complexity. We will communicate an estimated timeline at the start of the project. While we aim to meet deadlines, unexpected circumstances may occasionally lead to delays, which will be promptly communicated.

  • Delivery Method: Upon completion, the final script will be delivered to the client via email, typically in PDF or Word document format. If a different format is required, clients must inform us beforehand.

  • Client Review: Clients will have 5 business days to review the final draft and request any minor revisions. Revisions requested after this period or outside the agreed scope will incur additional costs.

3. Proof of Delivery

  • For each completed script, we provide digital delivery records, including email confirmations and timestamps, to ensure that the service has been delivered as promised. Clients are encouraged to confirm receipt of the final script promptly.

4. Revisions and Modifications

  • As outlined in our Revisions Policy, any changes or modifications requested after delivery will be charged additional fees. The pricing of these revisions will depend on the extent of the requested changes.

  • Revisions Timeline: We will provide a timeframe for revisions based on the scope of changes. Minor revisions may take up to 3 business days, while more significant changes could take longer, depending on the complexity.

5. Completion Confirmation

  • Once the final draft is approved by the client and any revisions (if applicable) are completed, the remaining 50% payment is due.

  • By approving the final script and making the final payment, the client confirms the project has been satisfactorily completed and no further revisions or changes are required unless otherwise agreed.

6. Non-Delivery Policy

  • In the rare case that a script cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client immediately. Clients are entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the stage of completion, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Communication

Throughout the fulfillment process, we maintain regular communication with our clients to ensure clarity on all aspects of the project. If clients have any questions or concerns during the writing process, they are encouraged to reach out to us directly via email or phone.
